Three Easy DIY Body Scrubs

There are a lot of benefits from regularly using scrubs for your body. It improves blood microcirculation, accelerates the process of tissue regeneration, cleanse the pores, improves skin structure, removes toxins and much more!
Different ingredients are used for different purposes.

If you have dry skin, do not scrub more than twice a month.

If you have oily skin, do not scrub more than once a week.

Do not use scrub on damaged or irritated skin, or if you have any skin diseases.

Take a hot shower immediately before the procedure. It is crucial. You need to steam the skin and enlarge the pores so that the scrubbing is efficient .

Anti Cellulite Scrub

2 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp ground coffee

Mix it together and apply to the cellulite-affected areas. Massage it for at least five minutes and rinse off with warm water.

Ground coffee disperses blood and smoothes the cellulite. Honey moisturizes the skin, makes it firm and elastic.

Skin Elasticity

1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of boiled pumpkin pulp

Put the pumpkin pulp in a blender and mix the resulted paste with brown sugar. You can add a few drops of Vitamine E. Massage your skin with the mix for a few minutes and rinse off with water.

Scrub for stretch marks

2 tbsp of lemon zest or orange peel (grind it)
1 tbsp oatmeal (grind it)
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt

Mix the ingredients together and apply for your skin. Massage it for a few minutes and rinse with water.

Lemon peel has fat burning properties. oatmeal exfoliates dead cells and yogurt nourishes and moisturizes skin.
