Don’t Forget The Hands

Especially in Winter, and in our case because of the pandemic as well, our hands are dry and tired of the cold and the hand sanitizers… Here are some express DIY hand masks you can do before going to bed.

This One

3 tbsp of oatmeal
2 tbsp of honey
3 drops of rose essential oil

Poor about half a glass of hot water into the oatmeal and leave it for 10 minutes. Then add honey and rose oil, and mix it well
Put the mixture on your hands (better wrap your hands in a plastic bag to maintain the warm effect) and keep it for 30 minutes. Then wash off with water.

Or This One

2 tbsp of coconut oil
1/2 banana
1 carrot (gratted)

Crush the banana, add coconut oil and grated carrot. Mix the ingredients well and apply to your hands. Wrap your hands in a plastic bag and keep it for 30 minutes. Wash off the mask with water.

Again, masks have ten times better effect when products are natural, with less food preservatives. Honey is a good example. There are too many options on the shelves and a lot of them have just too much sugar added. If you are not able to find a local, trustworthy product, here are some I found qualified for us online:
