Eyelashes Care Routine.
Whether you want your lashes to have a little break from mascara or extensions, or you are just looking for a new self-care routine for your often taken for granted beautiful natural eyelashes… here’s how to bring some strength back to them.
You will need:
– Olive Oil (3 drops)
– Vitamin E (3 drops)
– Fish Oil (1 tsp, about 5ml)
Those products can be easily bought at a pharmacy or grocery store, or online.
Mix the three ingredients together and use a disposable mascara wand to apply the mixture on your eyelashes. I just kept one of my old mascara brushes for my homemade serums. Just make sure its clean and disinfected before EACH USE.
Before going to bed, gently brush your eyelashes with this serum. You don’t have to drown your lashes in it, just a bit for your lashes to absorb it during the night.
You can use it for a few weeks then take a few weeks off and alternate depending on your need.
The three ingredients together make the perfectly balanced boost mix for your eyelashes. Why? Because:
- Olive Oil adds shine, body, softness, resilience and moisturizing effect.
- Vitamin E is known for its natural antioxidant effects that boost hair’s elasticity and shine. It will nourish your eyelashes and give them a thicker texture.

Of course, make sure you don’t have allergies to any of the three products.
